Muxtorjon Uzokovich Isakov was born on 7 August 1979. In 2004 he graduated from the General Medicine faculty of Andijan State Medical Institute.
From 2004 to 2007 he completed his master’s degree in oncology.
From 2007 to 2018 he worked as an oncologist at the Andijan branch of the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Oncology and Radiology.
From 2014 to 2018 he served as deputy director for methodological work at the same branch.
Since 2018 he has been seeing patients at the GOLDEN VODIY clinic as an oncologist and mammologist.
