Jamshidbek Ibroximjon oʻgʻli Xalilov was born on 9 December 1992. Between 2010 and 2017 he graduated from the General Medicine faculty of Andijan State Medical Institute (diploma No. 914009).
From 2018 to 2020 he completed his residency in urology at the I. I. Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University in Saint Petersburg. On 14 August 2020 he received his urology specialist certificate and licence (No. 107827 007476, registry 38/20).
Since 2020 he has headed the urology department at the GOLDEN VODIY clinic. He also leads the urology departments at Family Med in Andijan (since 2022) and iMedClinic in Tashkent (since 2023).
Over his career he has performed more than 3,000 high-technology urological operations, including over 1,000 HoLEP procedures and more than 2,000 stone procedures. He has treated over 15,000 patients and performs 700–1,200 operations a year.
He has trained and mentored more than 50 young urologists. He regularly develops his skills at international centres: in 2023 in onco-urology at the HAYAT clinic in Bursa and at ACIBADEM in Istanbul, in 2024 in urogynaecology in Saint Petersburg, and in 2025 at the KUA congress in Seoul.
In 2026 he presented at the international ICE congress in Rome and undertook training at Homerton College, University of Cambridge. He is a member of the European Association of Urology (EAU) and ICE, and is currently working towards a PhD.
